Candidates desiring to obtain this book may come to the BES office along with the following documents:
- Two Photographs Passport Size
- Photocopy of CDC (First page, stamped last ship page & last address page) (Self-attested)
- Watch Keeping Certificate copy. (Self-attested)
- Board of Examinations GP Rating Certificate copy.(Self-attested)
- UPI /UTR Payment Receipt.
Candidates desiring this book to be delivered to their address may send a filled-up requisition form along with.
The price list of the Onboard Training Record Book is given below:-
- Deck side @ Rs. 400/- per book (only for Cop Able seafarers Deck )
- Engine side @ Rs. 250/- per book (only for Cop Able seafarers Engine)
- Electro-Technical Rating @ Rs. 250/- per book
- Rs. 100/- will be charged extra as courier charges.
