1) Candidates desiring to obtain this book may come to the BES office along with the following documents:

Two Passport Size Recent Photographs with white background
Photocopy of CDC (First page, stamped last ship page & last address page) (Self-attested)
Watch Keeping Certificate copy.
Board of Examinations GP Rating Certificate copy.
All candidates are required to wear a face mask when entering the office.

2) Candidates desiring this book to be delivered to their address, are required to filled in the requisition form duly signed along with all documents mentioned in para 1. above to be send to BES.

The price list of the Onboard Training Record Book is given below:-

Deck side @ Rs. 400/- per book (only for Cop Able seafarers Deck )

Engine side @ Rs. 250/- per book (only for Cop Able seafarers Engine)

Electro-Technical Rating @ Rs. 250/- per book

Rs. 200/- will be charged extra as courier charges.
