D.G. Shipping approved On Board Training Record Books (for Deck/Engine Ratings) are available in the BES office from Monday to Friday from 1500Hrs to 1700Hrs.

Requisition Form for Onboard Training Record Book

Candidates desiring to obtain this book may come to BES office along with following documents:

1. Two Passport size photographs
2. Photo copy of Full CDC (Self attested)
3. Watch Keeping Certificate No.- if any
4. BES certificate no. (GP Rating Certificate)

Candidates desiring this book to be delivered to their address, may send filled up requisition form along with Demand Draft including courier charges in favor of “Board of Examinations for Seafarers Trust”.

Rs. 80/- will be charged extra as courier charges.

Price list of Onboard Training Record Book is given below:-             

• Deck side @ Rs. 400/- per book (Navigational Watch & Able seafarer Deck combined)
• Engine side @ Rs. 250/- per book (only for Able seafarer Engine)
• Electro Technical Rating @ Rs. 250/- per book
